I live in Japan(from the Philippines) and we are planning to move to San Antonio Texas.

I would like to know if it is safe to live there and what areas are good to live in. Here in Japan things are very safe and I can walk down the street late at night without any worries.

Also how big is the Filipino community in San Antonio? Is it hard to find decent jobs there?
